German-Bulgarian Sin Cars takes a plug-in hybrid supercar to the Geneva Motor Show.
The stinging muscle bundle bears the name R1 550. Behind the front seats is a 6.2-liter V8 that delivers 450 hp and 637 Nm of torque. This eight-cylinder, originating from the boards of General Motors, is coupled to a 120 hp and strong electric motor. The system power is therefore 570 hp and 872 Nm. The electric motor draws its power from a 12 kWh battery pack. The R1 550 60 must be able to travel electric miles on paper. Anyone who kicks the plug-in on his tail must be able to shoot at a speed of 100 km / h in 3.5 seconds. The top speed of the 1.480 kilos of R1 550 is 300 km / h. His price tag: € 219,900.
The R1 550 is a variation on the R1, a supercar that Sin Cars officially revealed in 2015. This variant has to do without an electric motor, but does have the same V8 from General Motors.
